People learn how to take risks for the sake of change, because staying the same becomes more painful than changing.

By exploring current behaviors combined with defined goals and psychoeducation, you will learn to apply these ideas to real life situations, which will bring change over time. Your thinking changes, your behavior changes, your life changes. Continuing to do the same thing and expect different results…well some have defined that as “insanity.” Today is the day to do something different.

We are all created for a purpose. Possibly you’re here today because something is blocking your purpose, keeping you from living a fulfilling life, being the best you you can be.
What is the purpose you’re serving in the world?

You are courageous. Yes, courageous. It takes courage to realize that something in your life is not working, you are having a hard time making it work and then reach out to find someone who can help you make the changes needed for your life flow.

Our brains and minds are amazing, complex and powerful. We have the ability to change the way we think, change the way we feel, change our behaviors to result in the mood and life we want. This takes work. Lots of work. The results are amazing!

Working with courageous people is what I do! It’s okay if you’re not feeling courageous at all at the moment, you will with some support. I combine years of learning around neuroscience with my training and education in counseling, life strategizing and life span development. This is an art and a science.

Studies show that most people wait 10 years on average beyond the onset of symptoms before they show up at a therapist’s office. TEN years! Why waste one more day suffering through something or symptoms that with some guidance can be improved or resolved. Or you may be here today because life is pretty good, and you know it can get better with some guidance. I can help with that too! You and your loved ones deserve to have the best you. Today is the day, let’s get started.
