As most of the country enters into its seventh week of quarantine, individuals are finding themselves anxious, depressed, having trouble focusing and struggling to feel peace.
I have decided to start this series titled “Coping With COVID-19” to share practical tips and tools to help you navigate this unpredictable time. While circumstances feel out of control, you still have control over your thoughts, your actions and your words.
Today’s tip: Turn the media OFF! Take a break! Find some activities that help you to relax.
