COPING WITH COVID-19 PART 2
Darkness, rainy days, and lack of sunshine can be difficult. Now add in the strain of COVID-19 on families, being quarantined, work adjustments, loss of income for some, and general worry and fear.
Let me assure you, that just as the rain will stop, so will this chaos in our world even though it feels hard.
Today’s tip: Redeem your time by using some of it in a productive way. Focus on things you haven’t had the time to accomplish for a while. For example, start a home project or organize cluttered spaces. Spend time with family on the phone or video calls. Focus on your health. Simply spend time doing things that help you feel accomplished.
